2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you visit the site, the server automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, date and time of access, the requested page, browser type and operating system (server log files). This is necessary to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Netlify may process data in the USA; transfers are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

3. No tracking, no cookies from this site

This website itself does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. Fonts, images and videos are served from this website’s own host; no Google Fonts or third-party video platforms are loaded.

4. Cart

If you add a product to the cart, the product ID is saved in your browser’s local storage so the cart is still there when you come back. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can remove it at any time by emptying the cart or clearing your browser data (§ 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG).

To provide the checkout, this website loads a script from payhip.com, which transmits your IP address and browser information to Payhip. When you start a checkout, Payhip and the payment provider you choose (e.g. PayPal) process the data required to complete and deliver your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Payhip may set cookies required for the checkout. For details, see Payhip’s privacy policy at payhip.com/privacy. Data transfers to the UK are covered by the EU adequacy decision for the United Kingdom.

6. Contact form and e-mail

If you use the contact form or write to us by e-mail, we process your name, e-mail address and message to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Messages sent with the contact form are received and stored by our host Netlify (see section 2). We delete them when they are no longer needed, unless legal retention periods apply.
